One Day You'll Understand

Middle-aged Victor (Hippolyte Girardot) becomes determined to find out the fate of his grandparents during the Holocaust. When his impenetrable mother, Rivka (Jeanne Moreau), refuses to address his questions, Victor launches an investigation into a dark past that will test the strength of their relationship. The search becomes a family affair as Victor enlists the help of his wife, Françoise (Emmanuelle Devos), and young children in an increasingly frantic attempt to uncover the truth.
