Tim hopes for a big payday when he helps a wealthy weekend cowboy (Lanny) look for his dream ranch, while Amy’s stuck teaching his trophy wife (Paige) how to ride. Lou also pushes hard for Lanny’s business when she learns he’s looking for a new financial advisor. Meanwhile, the stress from Ty’s up-coming finals and failed marriage proposal cause him to make an embarrassing gaff at the clinic. Lisa returns to Heartland and is shocked to learn Jack is acting as a foster parent to a young girl – Georgie.
