The 11 duos participate in the "Top Chef Family Style" Tailgate Tournament and are tasked with creating plant-based food for the 2021 LA Rams draft class and guest judges LA Rams linebacker Kenny Young and social media influencer Tabitha Brown.

The eight remaining duos swerve into the kitchen arena to battle it out in three WWE-inspired matches in front of the judges; chefs Brian Malarkey, Amar Santana and WWE Superstars The Miz, Naomi, Maryse and Drew McIntyre join in on the fun.

The remaining duos compete in a Tiny Food Quickfire; guests Baron Davis and chef Mei Lin join in; "Top Chef Portland" finalist Shota Nakajima gives the chefs a crash course in sushi-making for their Elimination Challenge.
