Angela loses her parents since she was little and her grandmother must take care of her, a great woman who supports her to follow her dreams. Samantha meets Alvaro and decides to win him over to make him her new boyfriend.

Alvaro marries Angela and promises to help her realize her dreams. Ángela's grandmother dies and she looks for Alvaro to be together, but he refuses to go to town to comfort her.

Samantha confesses to her parents that Alvaro is her boyfriend. Alvaro refuses to take Angela to live in his apartment. Samantha plans to convince Alvaro to marry her.

Samantha tells Alvaro that she wants to marry him but he refuses. Angela meets Leonardo and he tells her that he will help her continue her studies.

Yolanda threatens Mirta with telling Leonardo things about her past if she does not give her the money she owes her. Alvaro asks Samantha to marry him.

Beatriz discovers that she has cancer. Leonardo begins to get closer to Angela to help her study.
