Dr. Ken downloads an app to track his daughter after discovering that she's lied to him and might be at a rave.

When the office celebrates a promotion for Clark, Ken is oblivious since he lives in his own world…it’s the last straw for Clark dealing with Ken’s selfish ways. Clark writes a fake complaint comment card about Ken, so he’s forced to attend a training seminar for better bedside manners, which leaves Allison at home to have dinner with Ken’s parents.

A decree to work on Saturdays is met with contempt by the staff, so they choose Ken to talk Pat out of it, but the doctor is surprised to find his boss living on a boat in the driveway of his home. Meanwhile, Dave gets a new nickname at school that dredges up bad memories for Allison.

Ken is asked to speak at a banquet honoring Kevin O'Connell -- Allison's attractive and successful ex-boyfriend; a school assignment requires Molly to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up.

Twenty years after Ken botched a proposal to Allison on Halloween, he tries to arrange a perfect redo; Julie and Damona drug Pat by mistake.

When Molly admits to taking a sip of beer at a party, Ken tries to explain what alcohol does to the body, but his experiment goes awry.
