S4, E23: Aunt Clara learns that Ocky has opened an old castle, which is the home of McTavish, a ghost who is scaring away visitors. Samantha suggests that McTavish find some other place to haunt, and he haunts her house! Then McTavish realizes that he is an excellent tourist attraction and decides to go back home.
