When Gail’s uniform is stolen from her car, she and the other officers from 15 Division are led on a wild goose chase throughout the city as they try to catch a cop impersonating vigilante who’s wearing Gail’s stolen uniform. When a drug deal gone awry leads them to an addicted young man, Chris and Dov begin to unravel the motive behind the cop impersonation. Meanwhile, Andy and Swarek’s forbidden romance culminates in the sudden disappearance of Sam Swarek. And Andy’s terrified that she is to blame.
