At his friend Lola's party, sparks fly between Roberto and another guest, but as bad memories from childhood surface, the night goes downhill.

As his family rushes to move out of town, a teenage Roberto runs into an old friend; his 30-year-old self, now a published writer who goes by "Bob Pope," meets Miguel, an unbelievably kindred spirit.
