David Argue

David Argue was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Argue's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as the Mark Lee action flick "Gallipoli" (1981), the comedic adventure "Stanley" (1983) with Graham Kennedy and "Snow, The Movie" (1983). He also appeared in "Going Down" (1983), "Midnite Spares" (1983) with James Laurie and the fantastical comedy "The Return of Captain Invincible" (1983) with Alan Arkin. He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties, appearing in the comedy sequel "Melvin, Son of Alvin" (1984) with Gerry Sont, the Gregory Harrison horror movie "Razorback" (1984) and "Niel Lynne" (1985) with Sigrid Thornton. He also appeared in the Eric Roberts comedy "The Coca-Cola Kid" (1985). In his more recent career, he tackled roles in "Hurricane Smith" (1992), "Hercules Returns" (1993) and "No Escape" (1994). He also appeared in the drama "Angel Baby" (1997) with John Lynch. Argue's distinctive voice can be heard on the Steven Vidler animated adventure "Napoleon" (1997). Most recently, Argue appeared in "On the Beach" (1999-2000).
