Natalie Canerday

Natalie Canerday was widely known for her acting on the big screen. Canerday began her acting career in film, appearing in such titles as "Biloxi Blues" (1988) and "One False Move" (1992) with Cynda Williams. She also appeared in the TV movie "Alien Avengers II" (The Movie Channel, 1997-98). She worked in series television while getting her start in acting, including a part on "The Pretender" (1996-2000). She was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for "Sling Blade" in 1997. Canerday also contributed her voice to characters in "King of the Hill" (Fox, 1996-2009). Her film career continued throughout the nineties and the early 2000s in productions like the Mac Davis adventurous drama "Possums" (1998), the dramatic adaptation "October Sky" (1999) with Jake Gyllenhaal and the crime feature "South of Heaven, West of Hell" (2000) with Dwight Yoakam. Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Gunshy" (Cinemax, 1997-98). More recently, she tackled roles in "Tully" (2002) with Anson Mount, the Joaquin Phoenix hit musical drama "Walk the Line" (2005) and the drama "Shotgun Stories" (2007) with Michael Shannon. She also was featured in the TV movie "The Yellow Bird" (WE tv, 2001-02). Canerday most recently acted in "When I Find the Ocean" (2008).
