In 2007 Infinity Ward made a giant stride forward with the launch of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, bringing the franchise into a present day setting. The game was critically acclaimed by both it’s fans and media as the title took the multi-player competitive element to a whole new level through fast action innovative game-play design structure.
