After a terrible car crash leaves a young hitchhiker dead, the driver of the car, Alex Hughes (Alan Rickman, Harry Potter series), is drawn to seek out the hitchhiker's mother, Linda (Oscar Nominated Sigourney Weaver, Alien trilogy).
