Rachel Feinstein

Rachel Feinstein grew up in a Washington, D.C., but felt like she didn't fit in at school and travelled with her boyfriend and his band to New York City when she was 17 years old. In her early twenties, she began to test her skills at open mic nights around the city. Feinstein's first national exposure came in 2010 with a nice one-two punch: she was featured on "Comedy Central Presents" (Comedy Central, 1998-2011) and she was also one of the final competitors in Season 7 of "Last Comic Standing" (NBC, 2003-). After her television success, Feinstein was able to quit her day job and focus on her stand-up career. In 2011, she released her first stand-up album, "Thug Tears." In 2013, Feinstein made what would be the first of many on screen appearances with her friend Amy Schumer in the Showtime Comedy presentation "Women Who Kill" (Showtime, 2013). Feinstein would go on to appear in a number of episodes of "Inside Amy Schumer" (Comedy Central, 2013-) and in the feature film "Trainwreck" (2015) starring and written by Schumer, and directed by Judd Apatow. Feinstein also appeared as co-hostess on "The View" (ABC, 1997-), and developed a series at Comedy Central, with Schumer as a producer.
