Never kid a kidnapper

S1, E5: The Mayor orders six pairs of shoes from Lapitch. At the same time, Dirty Rat cooks up a plan to hypnotize Lapitch, so that he can kidnap Melchior to make magic boots for him. Melchior is accordingly "kidnapped" by the Pazinskys and taken off to Dirty Rat. He is ordered to make Magic Boots, but instead manages to get the Pazinskys to make shoes for him.
