S13, E5: Police officer Herbert Sattler almost reacts too late when Daniel Griesbach nearly suffocates in the drunk tank. Martin Gruber manages to save Daniel, but for Herbert, this is just the beginning of his problems. He is accused of failing to render assistance, but Martin suspects that there were medical reasons. The fact that Sattler's daughter Eva, of all people, is representing the other side as a lawyer doesn't make things any better. Father and daughter have had no contact for years. A dramatic incident occurs in the drunk tank of the Ellmau police station. Station Inspector Herbert Sattler alerts Dr. Martin Gruber because young Daniel Griesbach is fighting for his life, convulsing and gasping. With a confident tracheotomy, Martin manages to save the young man, but soon a lawyer shows up to make serious accusations against Herbert Sattler. He had allegedly ignored the young man's cries for help over a long period of time. Sattler vehemently denies this. Martin is quite surprised to learn that the lawyer, Eva Sattler, is Herbert's daughter. The relationship between the two is more than chilly – and has been so for years. Herbert Sattler is very worried for a different reason, however. The policeman suffers from constant abdominal cramps, and Martin Gruber's worst fears are soon confirmed. It is now up to him to refute the accusations against Sattler on medical grounds and to find a way to grant this broken man one last wish: a talk with his daughter. Meanwhile, the big day has arrived at the Gruber farm. Anne gets to have the "Gruber Milk" bottled for the first time. Although everyone still thinks that Gregor is a bit too enthusiastic in his support, the joy about the new start outweighs everything else. Everyone is feverishly waiting for the first sales figures. Meanwhile, Lilli talks to Martin. He must clear the air with Franziska and then fight for Anne!
