Kidnapped

S10, E7: On the way to the ransom handover for his kidnapped daughter, Hanno Bach has a serious accident and is hospitalized. A race against time begins for the mountain rescuers. The 500,000 euros demanded for Lotta's release are buried under a thick blanket of snow after Hanno's accident, and the planned handover risks ending in disaster. But Markus and his team do everything they can to track down the kidnappers in time. Only when Markus breaks the bad news to Hanno's wife Anke do the mountain rescuers realize the full extent of what has happened. The ransom money has disappeared, there is still no trace of nine-month-old Lotta, and contacting the kidnappers again seems impossible, since they always contacted Hanno until now. When Jessika Pollath suddenly appears at the door, Anke is furious. Her father Heinrich has called the police against her will, although the kidnappers' instructions were very clear – no police, or their daughter will die. But it is not only Anke who is thrown off course by her husband's accident. The two young kidnappers, Roman and Vanessa, are also shocked... Having someone get hurt was never part of the plan.
