S8, E5: After a car accident, Rafael Schmitz, father of patient Ilja, is admitted to the Johannes Thal Clinic. He confronts Dr. Elias Bähr angrily and threatens legal action, blaming him for the amputation of Ilja’s foot. Although a medical association later clears Elias of wrongdoing, the dispute only intensifies. Ilja, still undergoing rehabilitation, tries to bring peace between his father and doctor.
