S2, E6: It seems that the Grubers' financial crisis is finally over. Roman Melchinger has decided to sell the medical practice to Alexander Kahnweiler and turn the proceeds over to the Grubers. The loan payments thus being secured, nothing stands in the way of the Gruber farm's future now. But when Martin tries to repay the loan on time, he is in for a nasty surprise. Banker Ohlmüller does not show up on the agreed date and foreclosure has already been initiated.
