S8, E3: Dr. Elias Bähr and Mikko Rantala treat 17-year-old Ilja Schmitz, who has sustained multiple leg fractures in a bicycle accident. His father Rafael is consumed by guilt over the crash. The initial surgery goes well and the prognosis seems positive, but Ilja’s condition soon worsens when a dangerous infection threatens his recovery.
