S1, E20: Christian Thiele is admitted after a bicycle accident with life-threatening injuries. Dr. Niklas Ahrend and his assistant Elias Bähr perform a difficult operation to stabilize him. Mid-surgery, Christian begins to suffer unexplained muscle spasms, but the team responds quickly and completes the procedure successfully.
