Game of Death
S8, E11: The Missing Persons Bureau is confronted with an internet phenomenon called the "Blue Whale Challenge," which aims to drive any "player," especially unstable teenage girls, to suicide. At dawn, 16-year-old Lena leaves home with a cell phone, a tent, and some groceries. At the same time, her friend Anka throws herself to her death from a roof. Anka had previously camped out in a tent on the roof for three days – did Lena have similar plans? Or did she run away because she couldn't cope with the separation of her parents? And what is it about the text messages that both of them received before they disappeared? For the investigators, a race against time begins as they realize that Lena, too, is in danger of becoming the victim of a perfidious game. Then, it is later discovered her younger sister Meike withholds an important piece of information.
