S9, E18: Doctors Mikko Rantala and Florian Osterwald treat Annemarie Schmitz, who complains of severe back pain. Their tests reveal an aortic aneurysm along with myocarditis, and she must be taken to surgery as soon as possible. Her medical crisis is complicated by an emotional one, as her relationship with Markus proves to be almost as fragile as her health.
