S3, E19: Marty and Ethan meet at a dinner where Marty suggests that they team up using Mia and the flash drive, which allows for people to look into the NSA database. They are suddenly accosted by two Russian gangsters working for Bershov who inform they that they will be executed if they do not pay them half a million dollars within 48 hours. Zipporah visits Marlon, informs him that she is pregnant and agrees to get back together. Marty blackmails senator Richmond into helping him become a Federal Judge. Marty, Ethan and Mia use the flash drive to get information on athletes and make a bet to raise money. When Marlon meets with Zipporah, she tells him that she has changed her mind and that she will have an abortion. Marty, Ethan and Mia win their bet and are able to pay the Russians off for a week. Ethan meets with Jennifer and learns that Mia/Anna is connected to multiple murders. Mia meets with Marty alone and suggests that they murder Ethan, as they no longer need him.
