David Scheffer

David John Scheffer is an American lawyer and diplomat who served as the first United States Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues, during President Bill Clinton's second term in office. He is a Professor of Practice in the School of Politics and Global Studies and Faculty Associate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
