Gordon Michaels

Gordon Michaels was an accomplished actor who led an impressive career, primarily on the big screen. Early on, Michaels mostly landed roles in various films, including "Lost Angels" (1989), "Leaving Las Vegas" (1995) with Nicolas Cage and "Outbreak" (1995) with Dustin Hoffman. Michaels worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "The Practice" (ABC, 1996-2004). He continued to act in productions like the Harrison Ford blockbuster action flick "Air Force One" (1997), the Jeff Goldblum smash hit action movie "The Lost World: Jurassic Park" (1997) and the comedy "Joe Dirt" (2001) with David Spade. He also appeared in the action picture "Texas Rangers" (2001) with James Van Der Beek and the dramatic comedy "The Cooler" (2003) with William H. Macy. Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "Unbeatable Harold" (2009), the biopic drama "Conviction" (2010) with Hilary Swank and "Scream 4" (2011). He also appeared in the Sean Penn crime drama "This Must Be the Place" (2012). He also was featured in the TV movie "Mitch Albom's Have a Little Faith" (ABC, 2011-12). Most recently, Michaels acted in the Christian Bale thriller "Out of the Furnace" (2013).
