Hetty goes rogue, leaving the NCIS team completely in the dark, and the mole kidnaps one of the agents.

While Hetty is at a Senate hearing in Washington, D.C., a murder investigation leads the team to stolen missiles and a dangerous militia group.

The team must find the person behind an ambush on a vehicle carrying Jada Khaled in order to save her and their case; Sam must face Jada for the first time since Sudan.
