Andy and Swarek are launched into a bizarre investigation when they are called to the scene of an accident and find three severed heads in the trunk of a car. They soon realize their prime suspect is an emotionally disturbed young man who is obsessed with a young coffee barista. As Andy and Swarek work to keep this woman safe, Luke is badly wounded when the disturbed man shows up at his house looking for Andy. Meanwhile, Dov and Gail answer a call of “shots fired” and are forced to take the man down, as Swarek and Andy rush to Luke’s aid. They work together to save the Detective’s life.
