Hosted by former jockey Zoe Cadman and longtime Daily Racing Form handicapper Brad Free, this hourlong show serves as a lead-in to HRTV's coverage of weekend racing. It focuses on identifying young horses that could be on the cusp of greatness by previewing and reviewing prominent maiden and allowance races for 2-year-olds. "The Horizon" features action from tracks across America, including Saratoga, Del Mar and Gulfstream Park, leading up to the Breeders' Cup. Notable races for 3-year-olds are also recapped by the hosts.
