This six-part series brings to life some of the biggest, meanest dinosaurs ever to roam the planet, as scientists piece together what these mysterious creatures looked like, how they behaved, what they ate ... and what ate them, using fossil clues and modern analogues. Also, CGI technology places these beasts in modern times to show what they would look like and how they'd act if they were still alive.

Discovering the Titanoboa, a giant snake about 42 feet long and weighing more than a tonne. Originating in South America over 60 million years ago, 28 specimens are discovered in a mine in Colombia.
EPISODE 2

Episode 2

A look at the Megalodon: a 52 feet, 60 tonnes shark that ruled the oceans for over 20 million years. Also, discovering sloths 200 times bigger than their modern cousins that appeared in South America 10 million years ago.
