Sherm sneaks into his Grandpa's secret lab and accidentally releases five outrageous germs.

Along with the Germs' unwanted „help", Sherm writes an e-mail to his Dad describing his move to the small midwestern town of Peru and Grandpa's house.

Sherm discovers a pimple on his forehead just as his attractive study partner shows up at the house. His zit grows out of control and so does Clio's jealousy over a girl making ‚goo-goo eyes' at her man.

His mom forces Sherm to take his littler sister, Skelly, to the movies. Attempting to see the very last screening of „Rubber Chicken Massacre", Sherm has to cope with his obnoxious 5 year old sister and the Germs.

Sherm has a choice... try for the highest score on his favorite arcade game „Break Neck Speed" or stop the Germs from wreaking havoc throughout the arcade.

Sherm gets a haircut from a revenge-filled hairdresser who mistakes the teen for a boyfriend who's dumped her. The Germs rush to the mall to „save" him...
