Dr Mitchell has his hands full. Ted, the chimpanzee is sick, and a foreign delegate is planning to visit the zoo while Nick is too lovesick to help.

A Bird In The Hand

Barry, a man with a gambling debt, enlists a friend to help him steal some valuable birds from the zoo but his plan soon turns sour.

The zoo gets a new employee who specialises in looking after seals and has some interesting thoughts on their history.

The Last Cheetah

After the zoo's last cheetah dies, Harry decides to leave his position much to the disappoint of the rest of the zoo who pressure Mr Spencer to purchase a new cheetah in hope Harry will stay.

The filming of a commercial at the zoo with some of the giraffes creates havoc which creates the perfect opportunity for a prank.

Going Home

Tim's favourite grandfather, who is also his personal hero, comes to visit but it soon becomes clear that he doesn't live up to Tim's stories.
