S2, E4: With Luke still in hospital after his brutal shooting, Andy tries, and fails, to cheer him up. At 15 Division, a laundromat becomes the newest target of a serial arsonist, and the rookies are sent to canvass the area for suspects. Traci apprehends a teenaged girl who immediately confesses to the crime, but Traci can’t help but be suspicious of the girl's motives for confessing. And when Andy and the widow end up trapped inside the laundromat and discover the body of the widow’s husband, this arson begins to look exactly like what it is: a disguised suicide. As the fire department works to get Andy and the widow out of the building, the rest of 15 Division try to keep the scene under control. And when the smoke starts to settle, everyone starts to see each other more clearly – including Dov and Gail.
