S1, E15: An earthquake unearths a shadowy evil Woogy who promptly takes over the gasman on the Halliwell premises who promptly takes over Phoebe, who as a child most feared the Woogyman the girls' grandma always talked about. As Phoebe fights the evil rapidly taking her over, she must also contend with Prue's important dinner party which Piper is trying to prepare despite the earthquake damages to the electricity.
