Contract to Kill

Harmon, a highly decorated CIA agent is investigating a group of Arab terrorists captured in a small town in Mexico, near the US border.  With his team - the seductive FBI agent Zara and spy-drone pilot Sharp - he flies to Istanbul to look for the master terrorist cell and uncovers a brutal plot: Islamic extremists have formed an unholy alliance with Mexican drug Cartels and are planning to use their underground smuggling routes to bring deadly weapons and soldiers into the US.  The only way to prevent a deadly attack on America which could launch a third world war, is to force these two groups against each other before the doomsday clock strikes midnight.
