The Big Stampede

As cattle rustlers terrorize a New Mexico town, Governor Wallace (Berton Churchill) dispatches Deputy Sheriff John Steele (John Wayne) to get to the bottom of the matter. When he arrives at a wagon train that's been victimized by rustlers, John meets a settler, Ginger (Mae Madison), and her uncle, who is later killed by rustlers. But a rival gang led by Sonora Joe (Luis Alberni) comes to John's aid, and they work together to avenge the murder and put an end to the rustling.
