During his short life, Bobby had been treated dozens of times by four different doctors for broken ribs, bruises and other injuries. Despite the evidence of abuse, neither parent was charged with his death, which was ruled an accident. Now the broken ribs, bruises and concussions are happening to happen to his little sister Lisa.
