Andy Berman

Actor turned television writer and producer Andy Berman is most recognizable as Chuck Coleman on "The Wonder Years." Berman played that role from 1991 until 1993 and would continue to guest star in several popular TV comedies like the "Wings," "Blossom," and "The Jamie Foxx Show" throughout the 1990s. The beginning of the 2000s saw Berman's on-screen acting take a backseat to television writing and producing although he would appear in smaller guest roles on series like the sitcom"Yes, Dear" and the police procedural "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," while also lending his voice to the character of Dib on the wildly popular children's animated series "Invader ZIM" from 2001 until 2006. Berman's writing career began with episodes for the animated series "Rocket Power" in 2001 as well as the short-lived sitcom "Freddie" in 2003, before teaming up with television creator Steve Franks in 2006 for the amateur sleuth series "Psych." Berman served as one of the head writers starting in 2006 and would continue to write episodes until 2010, while gaining credits as a co-producer on "Psych" in 2008.
