A mysterious stranger seeks Shivagami's permission to fight the princes in a tournament organized for the warriors of Mahishmati.

Deshpal tries to turn the royal group of advisors against Shivagami to dethrone her so that she can be replaced with Dharmaraj as the new ruler of Mahishmati.

While passing by a mysterious village, Bhallaladeva and Baahubali encounter an occultist, who protects them from a group of zombies. He provides food and shelter to the duo and narrates why he was summoned to help the villagers.

Bhallaladeva and Baahubali rest for some time in a forest rumored to be haunted. In the middle of the night, Bhallaladeva goes hunting for a deer and ends up landing himself and Baahubali in trouble.

Baahubali and Bhallaladeva encounter the stranger supposed to help them according to Yamagni. As advised by him, the duo seeks help from King Paramhans to fight Dharmaraj and Varah.

Zohravar welcomes Baahubali and Bhallaladeva into Baarikaza, also known as the rose of the desert. He proposes to devise a plan to reach Mahishmati on time to stop Dharmaraj from taking over.
