Alejandro Speitzer

A child star who grew into a young heartthrob, Latino actor Alejandro Speitzer has been hailed for his acting ability since he was a teen. Originally from Culiacán, Mexico, Alejandro Speitzer was born. Speitzer started acting at a very young age, landing the lead role in the family mini-series, "Rayito de luz" (2000), as one of the leads. The remake of 1955's "Marcelino pan y vino" told the story of a young orphaned boy who joins the priesthood in order to devote his life to God. What followed were various roles in the sci-fi telenovela "Aventuras en el tiempo" (2001), "Mujer, casos de la vida real" (2001-2005) and "La familia P. Luche" (2002). In 2004, Alejandro was featured on "Amy, la niña de la mochila azul" with his brother Carlos Speitzer. The award-winning Televisa telenovela "Esperanza del corazón" (2011) brought on Alejandro as Diego, the son of Angela and Franco. As his teen years continued, he was brought on to play the rebellious son of Ricardo on "Mentir para Vivir" (2013) for Televisa. After winning the award for Best Young Actor from Premios TVyNovelas for that role, "Bajo el mismo cielo" (2015) brought Speitzer on as co-lead playing the son of Carlos Martinez, an undocumented Mexican immigrant living in Los Angeles. Continuing his work on American telenovelas, Telemundo added Alejandro to the cast for season 3 of "Señora Acero: La Coyote" (2016) in the recurring role of Juan Pablo Franco.
