Tommy Nelson

Starting out as a screen actor before his 10th birthday, Tommy Nelson appeared on a 2006 episode of the comedic drama "Rescue Me" and in the Robert De Niro-directed espionage film "The Good Shepherd." The Connecticut native became a more familiar presence on TV and in movies in subsequent years, with guest spots on the television dramas "Dirty Sexy Money" and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," as well as the 2008 feature thriller "Quid Pro Quo." Growing into a lanky teen, Nelson found roles in a number of high-profile period pieces, including the pioneer drama "Meek's Cutoff," moody HBO miniseries "Mildred Pierce," and Wes Anderson's camp-set comedy "Moonrise Kingdom."
