Noel is a boy who aims to become the strongest Seeker, but the class he is assessed as is Talker, the weakest of them all; as he fights alongside his party, "Blue Beyond," he is limited to barking out orders, not directly participating in the battle.

Noel and Walter must come up with a plan to capture the runaway Lloyd and Tanya and get their money back.
