Zach Avery

Zachary Joseph Horwitz, also known by his stage name Zach Avery, is an American convicted fraudster, and a former actor and film producer. In 2021, he pled guilty to securities fraud for his role in defrauding investors of $227 million through a Ponzi scheme and, as a result, was sentenced to twenty years in prison in 2022.
