Crew leader Phinny, an innovative young corgi who dreams up some of the biggest and wildest ideas to help his town of Petsburg, leads a hard-working construction crew of dogs as they help around the town.

Phinny must build a new bridge so Petsburg's kids can get to school; Mayor Gilmore tasks Phinny with building a skate park, but an indestructible boulder stands in their way.

Phinny struggles to build quietly for a family whose chinchilla neighbor needs to sleep. Bobby Boots wants to show up Pupstruction in front of the mayor, but his attempt backfires.

For his little sister's birthday, Phinny builds her the wildest roller coaster ever; the Pup Crew must save the grand opening of a new Petsburg restaurant, but Tank's too sleepy.

When a hamster ball rolls out of control, the Pupstruction Crew tries to stop it. Luna loves playing with her new excavator scoop so much she can't get any work done.

Bailey is scared when she finds out she's having her very first checkup. Bobby Boots sneaks into Pupstruction HQ to get a hold of Phinny's blueprints for a new waterpark.

Roxy is babysitting Bailey when she accidentally inspires the young pup to go on a demolition spree; Phinny's dad decides the Pupstruction Crew needs a "Safety Supervisor."
