The unit are called in when the daughter of a district attorney is kidnapped. It soon becomes clear that the kidnapper is not after money, but the victim's twin sister.

The team recreate a shooting in order to catch a sniper who preys on victims in the middle of the day. However, a shocking turn of events causes them to quickly change their original profile.
