Francis Huster

Francis Huster was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Huster landed roles in various films, including "La Faute de l'Abbe Mouret" (1970), "Faustine et le bel ete" (1971) and "L' Histoire tres bonne et tres joyeuse de Colinot Trousse chemise" (1973). He also appeared in "Si c'etait a refaire" (1976), the Jeanne Moreau drama "Lumiere" (1976) and the James Caan western "Another Man, Another Chance" (1977). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the seventies and the eighties, appearing in "Les Egouts du Paradis" (1978), "Qu'est-ce qui fait courir David?" (1982) and "J'ai Epouse Une Ombre" (1982). He also appeared in the romance "Edith et Marcel" (1982) with Evelyne Bouix. Toward the end of his career, he tackled roles in "Drole de Samedi" (1985), "On a Vole Charlie Spencer!" (1986) and "Acteur/Acteurs" (1988). He also appeared in the Gerard Lanvin drama "There Were Days and Moons" (1990) and "La Femme fardee" (1990). Most recently, Huster acted in the Jean-Paul Belmondo foreign "Un homme et son chien" (2009).
