Jamie Oliver: Recetas rápidas y sencillas

To kick off the series, Jamie reveals how some quick prep and letting the oven do the hard work can buy us time to get on with other stuff, with his Korean-inspired Gochujang chicken traybake.

Tonight, Jamie shows us the ultimate hands-off cooking method with a traybake that takes minutes to throw together yet delivers maximum flavour - his roast veg and Camembert fondue.

Jamie tantalises our taste buds with a super-simple sesame and miso salmon, packed full of flavour and made in minutes. He shows us a speedy no-cook pasta sauce that's a genius midweek timesaver.

On the menu this week is a deliciously creamy red pepper pasta dish that's guaranteed to get everyone around the table. Once again Jamie lets the oven do the hard work.

Jamie knows we all need mealtime inspiration sometimes, and his brilliantly quick and delicious Sweet pea chicken is the perfect midweek winner.
