5 Headed Shark Attack

Monterrey Bay aquarium, one of the largest in the world, is home to thousands of species of aquatic life. Now, there is a new species: the 5-Headed Shark is all heads and teeth. Shaped like a starfish, this monster is born when an earthquake ruptures a normal shark tank's water supply, and toxic agricultural runoff gets mixed in with the clean salt water. The new breed of shark terrorizes the Monterrey Bay aquarium before invading the San Francisco Bay, endangering the metropolis.
