Harvey Parry

Harvey Parry has built an incredible presence on the big screen throughout his acting career. Parry's career in acting began with his roles in various films like "Duke of Chicago" (1949), the Lee Marvin adaptation "Paint Your Wagon" (1969) and "Oklahoma Crude" (1973) with George C Scott. His film career continued throughout the seventies and the eighties in productions like the comedic sports movie "The Main Event" (1979) with Barbra Streisand, "Raging Bull" (1980) with Robert De Niro and "Some Kind of Hero" (1982). Toward the end of his career, he continued to act in the Michael Keaton comedy "Johnny Dangerously" (1984). Parry was most recently credited in "Harold Lloyd: The Third Genius" (PBS, 1989-1990). Additionally, he appeared on the television special "Buster Keaton: A Hard Act to Follow" (PBS, 1987-88). Parry passed away in September 1985 at the age of 85.
