Pokémon Trainer Ash Ketchum has a new plan: see the world! But first, he and his partner Pikachu are headed to the opening of the Cerise Laboratory, a research facility dedicated to uncovering the mysteries of Pokémon in every region.

On their way to Striaton City and Ash's first Unova Gym Battle challenge, Ash and Iris come across a family who run a hotel in dire need of help.

Ash and Iris stop in Accumula Town and find Don George's Battle Club; after watching a battle between a Servine and a Dewott, Ash challenges the owner of the Dewott, but an intruder Pokémon delays their match.

Triple Leaders, Team Threats!
Arriving in Striaton City, Ash looks for his first battle in the Unova region and runs up against three gym leaders; Team Rocket undertakes a mission to steal something vital from a research facility.
EPISODE 6
Dreams by the Yard Full!
With one win and one loss, Ash must defeat the third gym leader to claim the Trio Badge, and he gains a new ally for his efforts; Team Rocket's attempt to take the secret of "future energy" draws unwanted attention.
