Nand is one of the many men pursuing Shanu, a new teacher in Meerut. He discovers her alter-ego, a sex-obsessed spirit called Rasbhari, and then their relationship takes a turn. Nand goes on to defend her from a witch hunt led by the women in town.

Naveen tells Nand how he fell in love with Shanu who was educated, caring and funny; Naveen came home one day and was greeted and seduced by Rasbhari; the next morning Shanu is back, oblivious of her antics as Rasbhari.
